Join Ana in a private home in Kohala for a day of heart-centered creativity and inspiration. All you need to bring are your writing materials and open heart. Ana will offer gentle guided mediations and music and poetry to lure us ever more deeply inwards. From our interior wisdom, we will conjure pearls of expression, our deepest truths, in whatever form they may arise: journal, poem, essay,

 

Absolutely no writing experience is necessary. Our day together will be dedicated to exploring your own the vast terrain of self.  You can be assured of a safe, nurturing, nourishing space. And an invitation to dance after lunch to get the afternoon energy flowing will be offered.

 

Please bring a packed lunch and whatever drinks you fancy. Ana is very much looking forward to sharing words, heart and hugs with you.
